With more than 20 years of leadership experience and a background spanning behavioral health, Western medicine, and alternative therapies, Stephany specializes in identifying and addressing the root causes behind symptoms. Whether clients seek relief from stress and tension, support for challenges related to autism, autoimmune conditions, mental health, or chronic pain and fatigue, she approaches every session with compassion, intuition, and evidence-informed care.
